Q-001. Download is not available.
A-001. If the download of the application does not complete, please try the following and then download the application again.

[For Android devices]
Please try the following (1) to (5).
(1) Uninstall this application. If you have already downloaded the app up to the end, delete it once.
(2) This application is approximately 150 MB in size. Please connect to a stable Wi-Fi connection.
(3) Delete the cache and data of "Google Plya Store" application. By deleting the cache and data of the "Google Plya Store" app, you can download and install the app with no extra data.
(3-a) Tap the "Settings" application on your smartphone to open it.
(3-b) Tap "Google Play Store" and open it by following one of the steps below.
・Apps and Notifications > Show All Apps > Google Play Store
・Apps & Notifications > App Info > Google Play Store
・Storage > More Apps > Google Play Store
*The procedure and route may vary depending on the situation.
(3-c)Tap "Storage">"Delete Cache."
(3-d) Then tap "Delete Data".
(4) Return to the home screen, tap the "Google Play Store" app, and try downloading this app again.
(5) If the download does not complete after trying the above, please turn off your smartphone and then turn it on again. Once the smartphone starts up, please try downloading the application again.

[For iOS devices]
Please try the following (1) to (7).
(1) Delete this application from the device. Even if the application is still "waiting" or "loading", please delete it.
(2) Please reconnect to Wi-Fi.
(3) Please make sure you have enough storage space (at least 150 MB).
(4) Tap Settings → iTunes&App Store → "AppleID" and sign out once, then sign in.
(5) Go to Settings → Safari → "Clear History and Website Data" and delete your history and cookies.
(6) Go to Settings → General → In Language and Region, make sure that "Language" is English and "Region" is set to the United States.
(7) Turn on the device again.
Q-002. [Android version only]The message "Security error. USB debugging is turned on." is displayed and the game cannot be started.
A-002. You need to turn off USB debugging. Please follow the steps below to turn off USB debugging.
(1) Go to Settings → System → Developer Options → USB Debugging and set it to Off.
(2) Restart this application.
